“熱(re)(re)泵”型(xing)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)水機組又(you)稱(cheng)為冷(leng)(leng)(leng)暖型(xing)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)水機組,冷(leng)(leng)(leng)暖型(xing)機組可在夏季(ji)向空(kong)調(diao)(diao)系(xi)統提(ti)供(gong)(gong)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凍水源(yuan)。而在冬季(ji)可向空(kong)調(diao)(diao)系(xi)統提(ti)供(gong)(gong)空(kong)調(diao)(diao)熱(re)(re)水水源(yuan),或直(zhi)接向室內提(ti)供(gong)(gong)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)風和熱(re)(re)風。
冷(leng)暖型(xing)(xing)機(ji)組(zu)(zu)多用于(yu)風冷(leng)式機(ji)組(zu)(zu)和(he)小型(xing)(xing)空(kong)調(diao)機(ji)組(zu)(zu)(如窗式空(kong)調(diao)器(qi)(qi)、分體空(kong)調(diao)器(qi)(qi)、柜式空(kong)調(diao)器(qi)(qi)等)中。
冷暖型機(ji)組主要通過在機(ji)組內增加一個四通轉向閥即可(ke)改變制冷劑的流(liu)動路線,冷凝器即被用為蒸發器,蒸發器用為冷凝器。

制冷(leng)回路流(liu)程(cheng):在夏季機組處于制冷(leng)狀(zhuang)態(tai)(tai)時,壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機排氣(qi)口的(de)高(gao)溫高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)氣(qi)態(tai)(tai)制冷(leng)劑通過(guo)四(si)通轉(zhuan)向(xiang)閥進(jin)入冷(leng)凝換熱器內。冷(leng)凝放熱后(hou)成(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)液(ye)態(tai)(tai)制冷(leng)劑,通過(guo)單向(xiang)閥1進(jin)入儲液(ye)罐并經(jing)(jing)節流(liu)閥成(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)液(ye)態(tai)(tai)制冷(leng)劑,通過(guo)單向(xiang)閥4進(jin)入套管式蒸發器吸熱蒸發成(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)氣(qi)態(tai)(tai)制冷(leng)劑,經(jing)(jing)氣(qi)液(ye)分離器和(he)四(si)通閥至壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機吸氣(qi)口,完成(cheng)(cheng)制冷(leng)循環,
制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)熱回(hui)路(lu)流程:在(zai)冬季(ji)機組處于制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)熱狀態(tai)(tai)時,從(cong)壓縮機排氣(qi)口(kou)出來的高溫高壓制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)劑(ji)經(jing)四通(tong)閥(fa)(fa)進入套管換熱器內放熱冷(leng)凝成為(wei)高壓液體,再通(tong)過一單向閥(fa)(fa)2進入儲液罐(guan),經(jing)節(jie)流閥(fa)(fa)后成為(wei)低壓液態(tai)(tai)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)劑(ji),經(jing)單向閥(fa)(fa)3至翅片式換熱器(即在(zai)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)過程中的冷(leng)凝器)蒸發吸熱成為(wei)低壓氣(qi)態(tai)(tai)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)劑(ji),通(tong)過氣(qi)液分離器和四通(tong)閥(fa)(fa)至壓縮機吸入口(kou)而完(wan)成制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)熱循(xun)環。
與套管式(shi)換熱(re)器連接(jie)的進出水,在夏季即為空調冷(leng)凍水源,冬季為空調熱(re)水源。
